Bio
Judy has been a professional audio engineer since 1977, with a background in live touring, remote recording, music recording, sound for television, studio maintenance and systems design. She has worked on several Grammy-nominated albums and was a sound engineer for The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers.
Judy can be found at I.M.A. in Goshen, MA when she is not slaving over a computer keyboard designing systems. She has installed & maintains an SSL 4040 G+ console in their studio where she trains women as recording & assistant engineers as part of her commitment to diversity in audio engineering. She also records a number of the local bands, many of whom met through I.M.A.’s summer programs.
