PK is the Gear Guru of North America – he founded Guitar Center Pro, and his network, among the musical equipment community, extends far beyond what most people can comprehend.
PK is one of the most creative, entrepreneurial salespeople in the music industry. He forges strong, long-term relationships with both clients and vendors. He was able to build his own brand inside of a large retail organization and was a large part of the inspiration for a national B2B sales team catering to highly specialized vertical markets.
PK is a real customer advocate; he has always challenged himself to be the best service provider in the industry. As head of technology products at Guitar Center many have relied on input from product-savvy and market-savvy people such as PK. He never lets his customers down.
To this day, PK continues to grow and live by his beliefs in creating a win-win in all relationships, always sharpening your saw, and at all costs, think of the end game. He believes in changing anything; you have to make the change yourself. PK encourages his team to evolve and change, by improving and changing himself. He first seeks to understand then to be understood.
PK knows the ins and outs of a successful sound chain and recording studio. He harnesses the ability to offer strategic solutions, on time, under budget, while prioritizing customer success. He does not focus on sales and the bottom line, but rather the relationship.
This customer-centric approach has grown many referrals, sales, and ultimately the lifetime value of his relationships and business.
